The LESTE Laboratory, the Green H2 Tunisia network, and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom - Tunisia Office organized a scientific day titled "Power-to-X Academic Research in Tunisia: Opportunities and Challenges". The event took place on October 26, 2024, at the Rosa Beach Monastir Hotel.

The program featured a series of presentations by both international and Tunisian professors, along with a roundtable discussion. These sessions provided an opportunity for researchers, experts, and industry professionals to explore the critical role of academic research in Tunisia’s Green H2 strategy and related Power-to-X technologies, as well as to evaluate and outline their potential contributions to the country’s energy transition efforts. PhD students and junior researchers participated by preparing posters.
