Biography

Dr. Foued MZALi is a Full-Professor in Mechanical Engineering. He obtained his Engineer Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) in 1996 from the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Germany where he was goverment scholarship holder. In 1997, he continues with an in-depth studies in Analysis and optimization techniques for Energetics at the University of Technology Belfort-Montbéliard in France where he worked in the PROTAL project and obtained the Diplôme des Etudes Approfondies (eq. Master of science). He then returned directly to Germany and was hired for the coordination Engineer position at Dräxlmaier Group in Germany. After gaining a vluable experience in the Automotive industry, he then chose R&D by integrating the University of Monastir in 1999 as assistant. He obtained the PhD and the Research Habilitation diploma in Energy Engineering from ENIM – University of Monastir, in 2005 and 2011 respectively. During his reseach studies, he participated in several research internships at ENSMA Poitiers, PTB in Brauschweig and KTH in Stockholm.

Dr. MZALI was author or co-author of more than 50 published papers in referred international journals as well as in international conferences.
