Biography

Leila Zili-Ghedira is an associate professor at the National School of Engineers, Monastir, University of Monastir, Tunisia. She has begun her career since 1997. Her taught subjects covers Thermal of Buildings – Thermal Transfers – Fluid Mechanics – Climatic Engineering of Buildings  – Applied Thermodynamics –  Measurements and instrumentation - Thermal and Hydraulic Machines and Components – Mechanics – Electricity – Optics Geometry – Electromagnetism – Thermodynamics –General Physics. She is an active member of the Laboratory for Energy & Thermal Systems Studies (LESTE). Her area of research and expertise covers, but is not limited to, Desalination, Air conditioning by desiccation-evaporation & Study of desiccators, Transport phenomena (flow & heat and mass transfers) in granular / porous media - Forced convection – Natural convection. She is author or co-author of many publications in referred international journals. Dr Leila Zili-Ghedira was reviewer of many papers in the field. She is supervisor of many PhD theses.
